IQPlus - PT Waskita Karya ( Persero ) Tbk ( WSKT ) ready to pay a cash dividend of IDR 110 billion to its shareholders in April 2014. This was stated by M. Choliq , Managing Director of Waskita Karya after the General Meeting of Shareholders ( Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham / RUPS ) on Tuesday .

M. Choliq revealed , dividends that will be distributed by management of the company is at IDR 11.5 per share , equivalent to 30 percent of the net profit earned by IDR 368 billion .

"The dividend will be paid about a month after the RUPS or on April 2014," said M. Choliq .

In addition to dividends , Waskita Karya net income is also going to be allocated to the statutory reserve of IDR 73.6 billion , and other reserves amounting to IDR 184 billion .

He also added , that the Company 's dividend this time is greater than the dividend payment last year from the net profit of 2012.

" Last year , The company cash dividend is only for IDR 22 billion, or about IDR 2 per share . Smaller due to accumulated losses in 2012, " he explained .

As is known , the profit after tax in 2013 of the company is IDR 368 billion , an increase of 44.14 percent compared to sales in 2012 of IDR 254 billion . The company is also has bagged new contracts worth IDR 13.3 trillion, bringing the total contract value managed by Waskita in 2013 of IDR 22.1 trillion . Meanwhile , the projected value of this contract includes the remainder of the contract value in 2013 amounted to IDR 8.8 trillion .
