Bareksa.com - Sentul City’s developer will more than double capital expenditure to Rp 900 billion ($75 million) this year as it expands the residential area and supporting infrastructure at the township, 36 kilometers south of Jakarta.
Michael Tene, a spokesman for Sentul City said in The Jakarta Globe, the Jakarta exchange-listed company plans to extend its mixed use property project. The township already includes housing clusters, apartments and shophouses, and the company plans to build a mall to service the development which is located in Bogor, West Java.
